Words fail me to truly express my sincere thanks and gratefulness to my dear families and friends for all the cards, e-mails, phone calls, verbal greetings for my 80^th birthday.  It seems that I celebrated all week!

Melissa Peterson reminded me that I am now an “octogenarian”.  I hadn’t thought of that fact, but now I rejoice, since I remember that I have had a good and blest life. 

I was thrilled to enjoy the party at the Prairie Pines that my nieces, Shannon Dixon, Dreama Buck, and Glenda Stoker arranged.  I didn’t know what to expect because they kept that a secret.  The flowers, balloons, decorations, and extraordinary filled cupcakes were wonderful.
