Fourth Arrest Made in Child Sexual Assault
An additional arrest has been made involving the alleged sexual assault of an 8-year-old South Fork girl dating back to late 2015.
Helen Price, 56, was arrested in Moravia, Iowa, by deputies with the Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday. She is being held on multiple counts of sexual assault against a child and is awaiting extradition to Colorado. Price’s bond is set at $150,000.
Last week, Mario Dominguez, 26, of Del Norte, Cristal Middleton, 21, of Alamosa, and Victor White, 56, of Del Norte were arrested in the case. All were being held at the Rio Grande County Jail in lieu of bonds ranging from $100,000 to $175,000.
In November 2016, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation was requested by South Fork Police Chief Don McDonald to assist with a complex sexual assault investigation, which is continuing.
