Upon contact with the driver, Deputies observed marijuana in the cup holder. Deputies Issued the driver, Patsy Loftus (DOB 08-23-1946)., a summons, for violation of Colorado Revised Statutes: 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 95 miles per hour in a posted 65 miles per hour zone, CRS 42-4-1005(3) Passed on left when Prohibited and CRS 42-4-1305.5(2)(a)(II) Possessed an open Marijuana container in a motor vehicle.

Saturday, August 12, 2017, Deputies contacted Cory Miller (DOB 05-17-1994) for a revoked driver’s license. Miller was taken into custody and transported to the Prowers County Jail, where he was held for CRS 42-2-138(1)(d)(I) Drove a Motor Vehicle While License was Revoked with a $2,500 bond.

August, 22, 2017, at approximately 10:51 am, Deputies contacted Thomas Philips in the 900 block of Rittgers Street Eads, Kiowa County, Colorado. Phillips was arrested on a warrant and transported to Prowers County Jail.
