Area stockmen are advise to take precautions after 14 head of yearling were reported stolen from a pasture near Eads. 10 bulls and 4 heifers were taken some time between 12pm  Sunday & Monday morning.

Mr. Hugo Peterson, Manager of Bartlett and Company elevator at Towner announced that the present elevator storage capacity is to be increased by 248000 bushels. The new addition will more than triple the elevator storage capacity.
