The Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the community in solving two recent burglaries that occurred in Eads.

Kiowa County Abstract and Praise Community Church were both burglarized at the end of January.

Rolls of change, including dollar coins, were taken from the abstract building, which was also vandalized. The break-in is believed to have occurred after business hours January 27.

Two notebook computers – Acer and Compaq brands – were taken from the church, along with a Samsung-brand camera and change from the soda machine.
