Weather Outlook – The Week Ahead

The official start of spring is still weeks away; however, you wouldn’t know it from the forecast this week in Kiowa County.

Most of the week will see continuing above-average highs in the mid- to upper-60s, with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. The outlier is Tuesday, with a high in the mid-50s.

There is a slight chance of rain/snow Monday night, while the rest of the week remains dry.

Winds will tend to remain around 10 to 15 miles per hour throughout the week.

The first chance of any change to the pattern will come next week, however it is too early to speculate on any significant cooling or precipitation.
