The Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District gives notice that applications for appointment of Directors of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District will be accepted by the Court which appoints the Directors of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District, from now until March 22, 2016, which is 30 days prior to April 21, 2016, the expiration date of five of the present Directors' terms.
PURSUANT TO CRS 30-25-111, et. seq., the following is a list of Annual Salaries paid by Kiowa County Board of County Commissioners for the year ending December 31, 2015, as follows to-wit:

Eads Municipal Election
April 5, 2016
The Eads Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
There are Trustee positions and the Mayor position open this election.
Nomination petitions can be picked up February 16, 2016 at City Hall, 110 W. 13th St., and have to be returned to City Hall by 5:00 p.m. Friday March 4, 2016.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held on December 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kiowa County Courthouse, Eads, Colorado to consider Resolutions for Supplemental Budget and Appropriation for Kiowa County, Colorado for the year 2015. Additional revenue and unappropriated fund balances have allowed for additional unforeseen expenses in the following funds as follows:
Road & Bridge Fund $ 450,000
Social Service Fund $ 35,000

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held on December 29, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at the Weisbrod Memorial Hospital Meeting Room in Eads, Colorado to consider a Resolution for Supplemental Appropriation for the Kiowa County Hospital District for the year 2015. Unappropriated funds and additional revenues have allowed for additional unforeseen operating expenses and debt repayment in the amount of $700,000.
