Games will be held at Holly High School Friday, June 18.
Winner of 6:30 game advances to semifinals June 23 @ University High School in Greeley.

Graveside Services for Lamar resident David LaCost will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at the Wiley Cemetery with Pastor Paul Floyd of the High Plains Fellowship Church officiating.
Per David's request there will be no visitation.
Dave was born on February 21, 1947, at Lamar to Lester and Freda (McCracken) LaCost, and passed away at the Weisbrod Memorial County Nursing Home in Eads June 10, 2021, at the age of 74.

Doyle C. Tucker, Jr.
January 5, 1940 - May 16, 2021
Doyle was born January 5, 1940, at Springfield to Doyle Clifford and Evelyn Elisabeth (Osborn) Tucker, Sr. and passed away May 16, 2021, at his home in Lamar at the age of 81.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Elden Doyle Tucker; and his siblings, Delmar Tucker and Theda Keys.

Lamar Community College (LCC) graduates from the class of 2021 and the class of 2020, which was unable to have an in-person ceremony last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, were recognized during the 82nd Annual Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 8.
Lamar Community College (LCC) nursing graduates were honored May 7 during a Nurse Pinning Ceremony, the culminating event that celebrates the students' completion of their studies and ability to begin working professionally.
