As always, the primary focus of Kiowa County Hospital District (KCHD) is the health and wellbeing of our community, patients, and staff. We continue to restrict visitor access to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. Our screening process for hospital and clinic patients has changed slightly.

Members of the Hospital Auxiliary meet for lunch at JJ's Restaurant for the February monthly business and lunch meeting.
At the meeting, a thank you card was read from Barbara Diel, a former member.

BOARD MEETING November 26, 2019
The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in regular session on November 26, 2019 at 6:31 p.m. at the Bransgrove Building Meeting Room.
District Board members present were: Mary Eikner, Sylvia Shields, Dennis Pearson, and Priscilla Waggoner. Absent: Cathryn Anderson (called).
County Board members present were: Kevin Davis, Ken Flory, Craig Kerfoot, Whitney Barnett and John Negley.

The January 2020 Weisbrod Hospital Auxiliary meeting was held in the meeting room at J J's Restaurant with the following members present: Alice Glover, Cleta Englehardt, Diana Flory, LaVerle Kelley, Madonna Pollreis, Loretta Seibel, Linda Trosper, Doris Lessenden and Tanya Lane.
An appreciation card was read from former member, Barbara Diel, who lives in Denver.
Loretta Seibel gave a detailed report of expenditures of the Auxiliary in regard to the Fall Bazaar and bills. Linda Trosper verified the addition of funds, making the profit over $900.00.
The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in regular session on October 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bransgrove Building Meeting Room.
District Board members present were: Mary Eikner, Sylvia Shields, Dennis Pearson, Cathryn
Anderson and Priscilla Waggoner.
County Board members present were: Kevin Davis, Ken Flory and John Negley. Absent: Craig
Kerfoot (called) and Whitney Barnett (called).
Others present: Shannon Dixon, Char Korrell, Jessica Hyman, Dawn Back and Beth Spady.
The Weisbrod Hospital Auxiliary meeting had a packed agenda at their November meeting. Those attending were Alice Glover, Madonna Pollreis, Loretta Seibel, LaVerle Kelley, Cleta Englehardt, Linda Trosper, Diana Flory, and Doris Lessenden along with Activities Director Tonya Lane.
