Call For Nominations

§§ 1-13.5-501 and 1-13.5-1102(3), C.R.S.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly, to all persons who may wish to be elected to the Board of Directors of the Sheridan Lake Water District, Kiowa County, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a mail-in ballot organizational election will be held on the 1^st day of August 2016 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  At that time two directors will be elected to serve terms expiring in May, 2018 and three directors will be elected to serve terms expiring in May, 2020.

Self-Nomination and Acceptance Forms are available from Ryan W. Farr, a Deputy Designated Election Official of the Sheridan Lake Water District, c/o Monson, Cummins & Shohet LLC, 319 North Weber Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, (719) 471-1212 or from the Designated Election Official Garold Deines, 67919 County Road U, Sheridan Lake, CO 81701, (719) 691-5113. 

Self-Nomination and Acceptance Forms or letters, which meet the requirements of 1-13.5-303, C.R.S., are to be returned to Ryan W. Farr not less than sixty-seven (67) days prior to the organizational election or by no later than May 25, 2016.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, an application for an absentee ballot shall be filed with Ryan W. Farr no later than the close of business on Friday July 29, 2016.
