Cheyenne Manor had their annual Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Survey completed. The survey process reviews all State and CMS regulations and determines if the facility complies with regulations, or if they need improvement.  Cheyenne Manor received no deficiencies.

In addition to this great survey, on August 10^th, 2016, Cheyenne Manor was once again awarded the highest rating by CMS - a FIVE STAR rating for the 6^th year in a row.
