PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for A New Fermented Malt Beverage & Wine Retail Liquor License for Prowers County Market located at 906 E. Olive St.
That on March 9, 2026 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the requested New Fermented malt Beverage & Wine Retail Liquor License. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 P.M. Monday, March 9, 2026 at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
