NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing regarding an amended plat, to amend the lot lines into two parcels that will be known as 1807 and 1901 S. 9th Street. The property is currently known as 1807, 1809, 1901 S. 9th Street, Lots 10, 11 and 12, in Langston Heights Subdivision to the City of Lamar, according to the Plat recorded April 27, 2022 under reception no. 556517, IN THE COUNTY OF PROWERS, STATE OF COLORADO, on November 9, 2026 at 7 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, 102 E. Parmenter Street, Lamar, Colorado.

All interested persons may appear before the City Council at the time and place stated above and be heard during the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the office of the City Clerk; Linda Williams, linda.williams@ci.lamar.co.us, 102 E. Parmenter St, Lamar, Colorado by 4:00 PM on November 9, 2026.
