PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for A New Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License Litzy Perez Valle dba/Los Juniors located at 1010 E. Olive St.
That on November 24, 2025 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the requested New Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 P.M. Monday, November 24, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
