TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for Hotel-Restaurant Liquor License Temporary Modification of Premise for Palace Tavern LTD dba/Tavern 1301 located at 1301 N. Main St., for the purpose of an outside area during the hosting of the Lion’s Convention and at the request of the convention.

That on March 23, 2026 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the Hotel-Restaurant Liquor License Temporary Modification of Premise. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 P.M. Monday, March 23, 2026 at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
