PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar adopted a Resolution 26-03-01 – Amended initiating annexation proceedings for the 220 Holly Street Annexation, said Annexation being more particularly described in said Resolution, a copy of which is available at the City Clerk’s office 102 E. Parmenter St.
That, on April 13, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come for hearing in the Council Chambers located at 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, Colorado 81052, the City Council will hold a public hearing upon the annexation request for the purpose of finding and determining whether the property proposed to be annexed meets the applicable requirements of Colorado law and is considered eligible for annexation. At such hearing, any person may appear and present such evidence as they may desire.
The Property included in the Annexation shall be considered for initial zoning to C-2 zone district. A public hearing for the initial zoning request will be held at a later date and a separate notification will be issued.
