NOTICE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for a Special Event Permit for the Chamber of Commerce to host a Beer Garden at the Cinco de Mayo event located at 109A E Beech St., Lamar, Colorado.
That on March 23, 2026 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052, the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the requested Special Event Permit. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 p.m. Monday March 23, 2026 at the City Clerk’s office.
