TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for a New Retail Liquor License UPOP Holdings LLC/dba JR’s Bottle Shop located at 1113 N. Main St., Ste A, this is located between the Southwest corner of Martin Street, West Side of Main Street and Northwest corner of Holly Street, West Side of Main Street, south end of building attached to Jr’s Country Store.
That on January 13, 2025 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the requested New Retail Liquor License. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 P.M. Monday, January 13, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
