- 1 pound walleye fillets, minced (fresh or frozen) (2 8-ounce fillets)
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup crushed crackers, unsalted

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- cooking spray
Note: "Minced" means cut up into tiny pieces.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F. Place minced fish in a colander and press firmly to remove as much moisture as possible.
