Death Notice - Ida Beulah Heinson

Ida was born June 6, 1932, at Dodge City, Kansas, to George Dewey and Beulah Elizabeth (Schoonover) Harshberger and passed away December 23, 2025, at Lamar Estates Nursing Home with her family by her side at the age of 93.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wade Heinson; son, Steve Heinson; parents; and siblings, Norma Leis, Emmy Gleichman, George Harshberger, and Gary Harshberger.

Ida is survived by her children, Rhonda (Richard) Wollert of Wiley, and Theresa Emick of Lamar; six grandchildren, Chris (Deb) Emick of Rocky Ford, Tia (Colby) Christie of Wiley, Preston (Danielle) Emick of Colorado Springs, Heath (Shawna) Wollert of Eads, Shane (Brittni) Wollert of Wiley, and Skye (Ryan) Lown of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.

A memorial celebration of life for Ida will be held January 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lamar Christian Church with Ray Matteson and Ian Blacker co-officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Peacock Funeral Home.
