Robert Leonard Kliesen

A celebration of life for longtime Eads, Colorado resident, Robert L. Kliesen will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Eads Community Building with Reverend Nancy Peacock officiating. Robert will be laid to rest by his daughter Rone Jean at the Fairview Cemetery in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado at a later date.

Robert was born on July 16, 1950 at Dodge City, Kansas to Leonard William and Helen Fern (Daniels) Kliesen and passed away on March 8, 2016 at his home in Eads with his family by his side at the age of 65.

He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Rone Jean Kliesen, and his siblings.

Robert is survived by his wife, Deborah Kliesen of the family home in Eads; children, Jackie (Bobby) Rittgers of Eads; Robert John (Laura) Kliesen of Kit Carson; Joshua (Jenny) Kliesen of Wiley; Raina (John) Lynch of Eads and Jamee (Jesse) Kliesen of Lamar as well as 13 grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends also survive.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the Peacock Funeral Home office.
