Mary Ann Ure

March 6, 1926 - June 12, 2023

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, June 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Augustine Church in Kit Carson.  Burial will follow in the Kit Carson Cemetery.  The Holy Rosary will be prayed beginning at 9:30 a.m. before the Mass.

Mary Ann was born March 6, 1926, in Deluth, Minnisota, and passed away June 2, 2023 at the Weisbrod Hospital Extended Care Unit in Eads.

She is survived by her children, Marshall (Robin) Ure of Amarillo, Texas, and Greg (Paula) Ure of Eaton; grandchildren,  Ali, Jared and Ryan; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many extended family members and friends.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her he parents and husband, Maurice Ure.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Kiowa County Public Transit
