Integrated Community Health Partners to Present on Changes in Colorado’s Health Care System

Integrated Community Health Partners, better known as the Regional Care Collaborative Organization (RCCO), will be holding its monthly meeting Tuesday, May 16, 2017, 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Bent County Senior Center, 701 Park Ave in Las Animas, CO, and it is open to the public.

Integrated Community Health Partners (RCCO) is affiliated with Beacon Health Options, the nation’s largest independent behavioral health and wellness company and it is one of five behavioral health organizations in Colorado. RCCO assists with such things as helping consumers access benefits, advocacy, community outreach and education concerning mental health issues, recovery and family centered systems.

The focus of Tuesday’s, May 16, meeting will be to offer health care professionals and consumers information on RCCO’s roles and responsibilities and the changes coming in Colorado with long-term services and supports programs. Therefore, in addition to consumers, the targeted audience includes but not limited to mental health services, home care agencies, home health care agencies, nursing homes, single entry points, hospice and public health.
