FOR INFORMATION REGARDING THE PERMITTING OF THREE RV PARKS IN TOWNER AND SHERIDAN LAKE, COLORADO

The conditional use permits will be considered for construction of three commercial RV Parks on properties at the following locations;

1. Faithwalk Farms Inc. at 13675 Main St., Towner, CO 81071

Legal Description: NW ¼ S25 – T18S – R42W

2. Thunderbird Commodities LLC at 14020 3^rd St., Towner, CO 81071

Legal Description: SE ¼ S24 – T18S – R42W

3. Linly & Sherell Stum at 13606 Bee Ave., Sheridan Lake, CO 81071

Legal Description: NW ¼ S30 – T18S – R43W

The Public Hearing will be held at the Courthouse in Eads.
