Friday, April 5, 2019 Deputies contacted Brandon Rollins. Upon further investigation, Rollins was arrested for False reporting to Authorities in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-8-111(1)(b). He was transported to Bent County jail and was held on a $500 bond.

Friday, April 5, 2019 at approximately 1700 hours, Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Haswell for a possible domestic problem. Deputies investigated the matter and took Craig Jass into custody. Jass was transported and held with no bond at the Bent County Jail for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues: 18-3-204(1)(a) Assault in the Third Degree, 18-3-303(1) False Imprisonment, and 18-6-801 Domestic Violence.

Sunday, April 7, 2019 Deputies contacted Philip Splitter at the Sand Creek Massacre site. Deputies investigated the matter and took Splitter into custody. Splitter was transported and held with a $1000 bond at the Bent County Jail in violation of Colorado Revised Statue 18-4-503  2nd degree trespassing.

Monday, April 29, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 90 miles per hour in a posted 65 miles per hour zone on Highway 287 near mile marker 116. Deputies issued the driver, Teofilo Aguilar, a summons in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1).
