February 1, 2023, there will be a 4% increase on bills and fees in the Town of Eads.

On November 8, 2022, the Eads Board of Trustees voted a rate increase (Ordinance 413).

This rate increase includes 

• Water Rates – meter 
• Sewer Rates
• Sanitation Rates – Includes in-town and outside city limits
• Late Fees
• Turn-on Fees
• Water Tap Fees
