Jewel Marie Densford, 71, passed away April 28, 2023. She leaves behind to cherish her memory daughters Kelli and husband Dave, Brianne and husband Dhruv; three grandchildren, Megan and partner Aaron, Emily and partner TJ, and Aaron; and one great granddaughter, Memphys Marie, along with numerous friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joyce Marie and Berg Schwerdfeger, and grandparents, Pearl and Edwin Butler. 

Marie was a Registered Nurse, member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, and served as a charge nurse in the nursery at St. Mary Corwin. She moved on to become a successful entrepreneur owning her own health care agency, Primary Home Care, and retired in February of 2021. She had a kind and giving spirit who helped countless Pueblo families. She will always be remembered for her love of animals and her gardens. 

Following her wishes, her service was held in Haswell at the Methodist Church May 4, 2023. Burial followed at the Eads Cemetery.
