Roy Foster was born in Brighton to George C. and Betty Ruth Neab Foster.  

Roy had no children.  He held a variety of jobs throughout his lifetime.  

Roy is survived by his sister, Laura Foster of Wichita, Kansas, and by his three brothers, Herbert (Cindy) Foster of Brandon, Gary Foster of Washington, and Bob (Marge) Foster of Lamar.

No public services are planned.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Roy Foster Memorial Fund in care of GN Bank, PO Box 847, Eads, CO  81036.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Home.
