You are hereby summoned and required to file with the Clerk of the Court in the Courthouse at Lamar, Colorado a response to the Petition filed against you, within 35 days of the date of this publication.

Service of this Summons is made upon you with other respondents in other actions by this one publication which is authorized by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, Section 14-10-107(4).

The type of action or the nature of the proceedings against you is as indicated above and is completely set out in the Petition. You may obtain a copy of the Petition and the Summons from the Clerk of the Court during regular business hours.

After 91 days from the date of this publication of the Summons, the Court may enter a Decree affecting your marriage status. The Court may, if applicable, enter other orders concerning division of property, maintenance, child custody, attorney’s fees, costs and such other relief that the Court has authority to grant.

If you fail to file a response or enter your appearance as required, a default judgement may be entered against you and the above matters and any other related matters that may come before the Court will be decided without further notice to you.
