NOTICE OF HEARING 

REGARDING PROPOSAL TO CHANGE THE RRWCD WATER USE FEE

Notice is hereby given that a proposed change to the Republican River Water Conservation District Water Use Fee has been submitted to the Republican River Water Conservation District Board of Directors.  A copy of such proposed change to the Water Use Fee has been filed in the District office at 410 Main Street, Suite 8, Wray, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection.  The proposed change to the Water Use Fee will be considered at a hearing before the Board of Directors to be held at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites, at 35952 U.S. Hwy 385, in Wray, Colorado, 80758, on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

Any interested elector within the Republican River Water Conservation District may inspect the proposed change to the RRWCD Water Use Fee and file or register any support or objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the proposed change to the RRWCD Water Use Fee.
