Strasburg Tournament

Results from the Strasburg Tournament are as follows:

145 pounds – Seth Splitter won by pin over Nathan Foos from Burlington in 1:13; won by pin over Patrick Roth from Byers in 1:05; won by pin over Dylan Holeman from Merino in 1:47; and lost by decision in overtime to Toby Grinnan from Burlington, 7-9.  Splitter finished the tournament in 2^nd place.

152 pounds – Reagan Lane won by pin over B VanMeter from Ridgeview Academy in 2:19; won by pin over G. Montano in 1:03; won by pin over B. Witzel from Burlington in 2:45; won by pin over E. States from Byers in 0:51; and won by pin over Q. Hyrup from Erie in 1:47.  Lane finished the tournament in 1^st place.

160 pounds – Trevor Randel won by decision over John Still from Strasburg, 15-9; lost by pin to Jon Ramey from Merino in 1:42; won by pin over Damon Gossett from Limon in 2:38; and won by major decision over Trevor David from Erie, 15-2.  Randel finished the tournament in 3^rd place.

170 pounds – Rhett Uhland won by pin over Wade Mathewson from Merino in 1:06; won by decision over Zachary Roper from Erie, 9-7; and lost by major decision over Keiffer Bowen from Ridgeview Academy, 17-2.  Uhland finished the tournament in 2^nd place.

170 pounds – Trent Rittgers lost by pin to Tommy Bonds from Strasburg in 1:14; won by pin over John Middelton from Platte Canyon in 2:37; and lost by pin to Zachary Roper from Erie in 2:49.  Rittgers was unable to place in the tournament.

182 pounds – Trent Mitchek won by pin over Daniel Tena from Burlington in 2:28; lost by pin to Hunter Black from Ridgeview Academy in 5:44; and won by decision over Ruben Portillo from Erie, 5-3.  Mitchek finished the tournament in 2^nd place.
