TOWN OF CHEYENNE WELLS REGULAR MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Pro Tern Carleton Pelton called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag. Councilwoman Sherry Jones led the group in prayer.

Council Present: Carleton Pelton, Rex Hyle, Zach Anderson, Sherry Jones, and Mark Galli. Absent: Karen Gregg.

Staff Present: Rex Hyle Town Manager and Debbie Knudsen Town Clerk Administrator. Visitors: Danielle Pelton, Craig Smith, and Erica Kern.

APPROVE AGENDA

Council approved the agenda upon motion from Councilman Hyle and seconded by Councilman Anderson. All voting for, motion carried.

CWRA

CWRA and Council discussed working together on potential grants to construct a splash park, a pickle ball court, and shading areas at Medicine Arrow Park. It was consensus of Council to partner with CWRA on the grants. CWRA will get their budget, by laws and plans to the town so a resolution can be drafted.

ADJOURN

Mayor Pro tern Pelton declared the meeting adjourned at 5:55 pm upon motion from Councilman Anderson and seconded by Councilman Galli. All voting for, motion carried.
