TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning and Zoning of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for PZ2025-01, vacating Mullen Street between Lots 3 and 4 in Block 2 in First Subdivision of J.W. Bent’s Cottage Place Addition also known as 700 East Beech Street and Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Block 3 in First Subdivision of J.W. Bent’s Cottage Place Addition also known as 701 East Beech Street, for Roger Cordova.

That on May 14, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come to a hearing in the Cultural Events Center, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Lamar Planning and Zoning will hold a Public Hearing vacating Mullen Street between Lots 3 and 4 in Block 2 in First Subdivision of J.W. Bent’s Cottage Place Addition also known as 700 East Beech Street and Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Block 3 in First Subdivision of J.W. Bent’s Cottage Place Addition also known as 701 East Beech Street, for Roger Cordova. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Building Department’s Office, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at the Building Department Office, 102 East Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
