The community Good Friday service will held March 29 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Praise Community Church in Eads.

The Good Friday service has been a long-standing tradition where all the churches in the county gather together and remember this special day in Holy Week. Every church in the county is invited to be part of this event.

This year there is something very special being planned. It is going to be a surprise, but to give you a hint, it has to do with the days of Philomene Liesen’s “Gals for God” group from the 1980s. You will not want to miss this years’ service - it promises to be very special.

Anyone who would like to be part of the “last minute community choir,” please come and join in.
