Chocolate sold in Colorado recalled due to allergy concerns
Chukar Cherries of Prosser, Washington, has expanded a recall of its Ultra Dark Chocolate sold in Colorado and other states. The chocolate may contain milk as an ingredient not listed on the package label, posing a risk to those with milk allergies. Reactions could be serious or even life-threatening to those allergic to milk.
In addition to Colorado, the chocolate – sold in 7.5 ounce pouches - was distributed to 19 other states, including Kansas, Oklahoma, and Utah.

No allergic reactions have been reported. Prosser has updated its labels to include an advisory statement about the allergen potential.
