NOTICE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Adjustment and Appeals Board of the City of Lamar has scheduled a Public Hearing, AA-2025-06, regarding a variance for the consideration of placing a 40’x 8’, (320 square feet) shipping container on lot. This shipping container is larger than the legal size allowed by the Lamar Municipal Code of 20’x 8’ (120 square feet) shipping containers. Legal description of; North Half of Lot Three, Block 76, Holmes and Parmenter Addition, City of Lamar, County of Prowers, State of Colorado; also known as 901-903 South 4th Street.
That on November 19th, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter in the Council Chambers upstairs on the second floor, at 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Adjustment and Appeals Board will hold a Public Hearing for the consideration of placing the 40’x 8’ shipping container on the lot located at 901-903 S 4th Street. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Building Department’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 P.M. on November 18, 2025 at the City of Lamar Building Department Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
