TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar has scheduled a Public Hearing for a Special Event Permit for the Sand & Sage Round-Up Fairboard to host a Beer Garden during the Sand and Sage Fair located at 2206 Saddle Club Drive, Lamar, Colorado.

That on July 13, 2026, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052, the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the requested Special Event Permit. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2026 at the City Clerk’s office.
