PUBLIC NOTICE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar received request from owners of what is known as 220 Holly St. property which was approved for annexation final reading April 27, 2026 for Lots 13 and 20 in Forest Park Place. Lots 12 and 21 are currently in City limits and zoned Open Estates (O-E) and Lots 13 and 20 are annexed into City limits. Owner has made application to rezone Lots 12 and 21 from Open Estate (O-E) to Commercial (C-2) zone district and zone Lots 13 and 20 as Commercial (C-2).

That on June 8, 2026, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052, the Lamar City Council will hold a hearing for the purpose of finding and determining whether the property proposed to be zoned Commercial (C-2) meets the applicable requirements and approval of City Council.
