The Cheyenne County Sheriff's Office would like to announce its 2022/2023 County Sheriffs of Colorado Scholarship awardee. This year's awardee will receive a $500 Scholarship to attend any school of their choice within the State of Colorado. 

This year's recipient is Mr. Blake Gilmore of Cheyenne Wells High School. Blake's future plans are to attend the Colorado School of Mines where he will major in Mechanical Engineering. 

I have known Blake for several years and know that he will succeed in anything he puts his mind to. Congratulations, Blake, and all of our graduating seniors in Cheyenne Wells and Kit Carson!
