Funeral Services - Raymond ‘Rayme’ D. Kern

Mr. Kern was a lifelong Cheyenne County rancher, and was the elected county coroner of Cheyenne County.
Rayme was born August 26, 1962, in Cheyenne Wells to Robert and Susan Kern. He died at Swedish Medical Centerin Englewood with his family beside him as the result of injuries that he sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Kern.
Survivors include his wife, Delta Kern of Cheyenne Wells; children, Jerrid (Brooke) Kern of Milliken, Tanner Kern of Weskan, Kansas, and Gus Kern of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; six grandchildren; mother, Susan I. Kern of Cheyenne Wells; brothers, Bobby (Stephanie Sewell) Kern of Eads, and John (Angie) Kern of Blackhawk; and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Cheyenne Wells July 3, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. withthe Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held July 5, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Churchin Cheyenne Wells. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Cheyenne Wells.
