A Special Meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners to fill a position for Road & Bridge, District 1 was called to order at 11:32 am by Chairman Richard Scott on February 3, 2016.  Those attending were:

                                                      Richard Scott, Chairman of BOCC

                                                      Donald Oswald, Commissioner

                                                      Tina Adamson, Administrator

Commissioner Cindy McLoud was not present.

Donald Oswald moved to offer the Road & Bridge District 1 equipment operator position to applicant Korey Morgans.  Dick Scott seconded and all voted affirmative.

With no further business, Donald Oswald moved to adjourn the special meeting at 11:33 am.  Richard Scott seconded and all voted affirmative.
