Medicare can be so overwhelming and downright confusing, to say the least. Luckily, there are people that can help you! 

Benefits in Action is a nonprofit organization located in Lakewood that serves individuals throughout the state with health-related benefits. They can help you better understand the A, B, C, D's of Medicare, assist with applying and making changes, and much more! They are passionate about improving the public's knowledge about healthcare benefits (such as Medicare, Medicaid, Connect for Health CO, & more) and they are ready to serve Kiowa County residents!

The Kiowa County Public Library District, will be hosting Benefits in Action Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the Eads Senior Citizen Center, located at 1305 North Maine Street in Eads as they present “Medicare 101: Get the Basics.” Their organization is ready to help you get the details you need to be informed consumers when choosing your Medicare options; as well as sharing important coverage dates with you. 

Whether you are just preparing to sign-up for Medicare or want/need to learn about changes, this is the presentation for you!
