Friday, June 22, 2018, Deputies responded to a report of an incident in the 900 block of Maine Street. After investigating the matters, Deputies issued an arrest warrant for Tawny Garrett, charged with menacing in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-3-206(1)(a).

Friday, June 22, 2018, Deputies responded to a report of an incident in the 900 block of Maine Street. After investigating the matters, Deputies issued Ryan Lane a summons for exhibition of speed in violation of 42-4-1105(2)(a).

July 17, 2018, Deputies received a report of identity theft involving domestic violence. The incident(s) are currently in investigatory stages.

July 18, 2018, Deputies received a report of a sex assault. The incident(s) are currently in investigatory stages.

July 25, 2018, Deputies assisted the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office and the 15^th Judicial Drug Task Force with executing two search warrants in Cheyenne County. The following information was released by Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office:

As a result of a traffic stop made July 19, 2018, multiple arrest warrants and search warrants were obtained. Deputies of the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office obtained Arrest warrants for: Michael Sean Salzbrenner, 35, of Burlington, Ashlyn Kai Breanne Flora, 27, of Arapahoe, John Peter (Jackson) Halde, 39, of Cheyenne Wells, and Dannah M. Hoffman, 30, of Cheyenne Wells were all arrested.

• Michael Salzbrenner is being held on a $75,000 cash only bond for unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing or sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Ashlyn Flora is being held on a $75,000 cash only bond for unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing or sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Jackson Halde is being held on a $75,000 cash only bond for unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing or sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
• Dannah Hoffman is being held on a $4,000 cash or cash surety bond for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and three counts of child abuse.

July 25, 2018, Deputies of the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office along with members of the 15th Judicial District Drug Task Force executed said search warrants.

July 28, 2018, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Town of Eads. Deputies arrested Barton Michael and transported him to Bent County Jail for suspicion of violation of CRS 42-4-1301(1)(a) Drove Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol. Michael was issued summons and released.
