Monday, September 2, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 105 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies arrested Noe Masaka and transported him to Bent County Jail for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 105 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone, and 42-4-1402(1)(a) Careless Driving. Masaka was held on a $750 bond.

Monday, September 2, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 77 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Bailey Comer was issued a summons for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove Vehicle when License under Restraint and 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 10-19 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.

Tuesday, September 3, 2019, Deputies conducted an arrest warrant for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-4-203(1) Second Degree Burglary, and 18-4-401(1)(2)(b) Theft. On Tuesday, September 3, 2019, Deputies served the arrest warrant on Troy Smith by taking him into custody and transporting him to the Bent County Jail. Smith was held on a $6,000 bond.

Tuesday, September 3, 2019, Deputies served a search warrant in the Town of Eads. Cara Dake was arrested and taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-8-104(1) Obstructing a Police Officer or Firefighter, 18-8-103(1)(a) Resisting Arrest, and 18-3-203 Assault in the Second Degree. Dake was held on a $20,000 bond.

Thursday, September, 5, 2019 Deputies contacted a vehicle for a cracked windshield in the driver's line of sight. Jose Jimenez was arrested and taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-8-104(1)(a) Obstructing a Police Officer or Firefighter, 18-8-103 Resisting arrest, 42-4-201(5) Obstuction of vision of driver, 42-4-1409(3) Failed to present evidence of insurance on request. Jimenez was held on a $1,000 bond.

Thursday, September, 5, 2019, Deputies contacted Brandon Kaufmanfelker. Kaufmanfelker was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-1301(1)(a) Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs or both. Kaufmanfelker was being held on a $1,000 bond.

Friday, September 6, 2019, Deputies contacted Rose Sherwood. Sherwood was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-4-203(1)(2)(a) Second Degree Burglary, and 18-4-401(1)(a)(2)(d) Theft. Sherwood was being held on a $10,000 bond.

Friday, September 6, 2019, Deputies contacted Barry Garland. Garland was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-4-203(1)(2)(a) Second Degree Burglary, and 18-4-401(1)(a)(2)(d) Theft. Garland was being held on a $10,000 bond. 

Tuesday, September 10, 2019 Deputies contacted Joseph Urango. Urango was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes Second Degree Burglary 18-4-203(1). Urango was being held on a $30,000 bond.

Tuesday, September 10, 2019, Deputies contacted Ramon Marruffo. Marruffo was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes Careless Driving 42-4-1402(1), and 42-4-1301(1)(a) Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs or both. Marruffo was being held on a $1,000 bond.

Thursday, September 12, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 75 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Jose Avalos was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-2-138(1)(a) drove vehicle when license under restraint, and 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 10-19 miles per hour over the posted speed limit. Avalos was being held on a $1,000 bond.

Monday September 16, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 81 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Leo Gautreaux JR was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1301(1)(a) Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs or both, 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 10-19 miles per hour over the posted speed limit, and 18-12-106(1) Prohibited use of weapons . Gautreaux was being held on a $2,000 bond.

Tuesday, September 17 Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 89 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies issued Delbert Babcock a summons in Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 89 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone, 42-4-1402 Careless Driving, and 42-4-1409 Failed to present evidence of insurance on request.

Deputies issued Zachary Crutcher a summons in Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 113 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone, and 42-4-1401 Reckless Driving.
