Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office Arrests – November 2016
Upon further investigations, the Deputy discovered the driver, Bobby Huffman had two warrants. Both warrants were for Failure to Appear and Huffman was held on a total bond of $336.00.
Upon further investigation, the driver, Derrick Marcus, was determined to also be in violation of a protection order. Marcus was transported to the Prowers County Jail for charges of CRS 42-2-138, driving vehicle with license under restraint and CRS 18-6-803.5 violation of protection order. Marcus is being held on a $750.00 Bond.
Deputies spoke with the driver, Cory Gonzales and observed signs of impaired driving. Gonzales was charged with CRS 42-4-1301, driving a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Prowers County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
Christopher Crow was booked into the Prowers County Jail, on the misdemeanor warrant for CRS 18-6-803.5(1)(a) Violation of a Protection order. He was being held on a $750.00 Bond.
Deputies determined that a domestic assault had occurred. Madeleine Snider was taken into custody. She was transported to Prowers County Jail where she is being held on for CRS 18-3-204, Third Degree Assault-Domestic Violence (CRS 18-6-801.6) with no bond.
Jeremy Brown was booked into the Prowers County Jail, on a felony warrant for the following charges: CRS 18-8-306 Attempting to Influence a Public Servant and 18-9-111 Harassment.
Jeremy is being held on a $20,000 bond.
Deputies located Waldren and she was taken into custody. She was transported to the Prowers County Jail where she is being held on a warrant for Burglary out of Wichita, Kansas, with a $10,000 bond.
