Deputies seized 15 firearms, including two reported stolen, a ballistic vest, a tactical combat belt, thousands of rounds of ammunition including armor-piercing rounds, extended magazines, over 50 grams of methamphetamine, narcotics distribution equipment, and potential explosive equipment. A potentially lethal booby trap device was also found on the property, though it was not in use at the time.

The suspect has been arrested twice previously by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office on narcotics and weapons-based offenses since late 2024. He is currently on probation and out on bond for an additional felony narcotics case.

The investigation remains active, and additional charges may be forthcoming.

Charges are merely accusations; all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
