Wanda G. Giskie aka Wanda Gail Giskie, Deceased and Kenneth Giskie,Phyllis E. Reinert, Edgar Giskie, Denise James, and Justin Giskie

A petition has been filed alleging that the above decedent died leaving the following property:

All of Decedent’s interest including an undivided one-eighth interest in oil, gas and other minerals lying in, on, under or upon the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Twenty (20) South, Range Forty-two (42) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, County of Kiowa, State of Colorado; and

All of Decedent’s interest including an undivided one-sixth interest in oil, gas and other minerals lying in, on, under or upon the South half (S½) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Twenty (20) South, Range Forty-two (42) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, County of Kiowa, State of Colorado; and

All of Decedent’s interest including an undivided one-twelfth interest in oil, gas and other minerals lying in, on, under or upon the North half (N½) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Twenty (20) South, Range Forty-two (42) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, County of Kiowa, State of Colorado.
