NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF MINERAL RIGHTS AT TAX LIEN SALE AND OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER’S DEED

To Every Person in Actual Possession or Occupancy of the hereinafter Described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons having an Interest or Title or Record in or to the said Premises and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to

You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 16th day of November, A.D., 2019, the then County Treasurer of the County of Kiowa, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to Bill Trosper or Linda Trosper the following described mineral rights situate in the County of Kiowa, State of Colorado, to-wit:
MINERAL RIGHTS ONLY:
The South East Quarter (SE1/4), The West Half of the North East Quarter (W1/2NE1/4) and The South East Quarter of the North East Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), in Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Forty-three (43) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian
and find that the record mineral owner(s) appear(s) to be: Tommy G. Lee and Donna J. Lee Trust dated August 31, 1999
and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to Bill Trosper or Linda Trosper.
That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said mineral rights for the year 2018;
That said mineral rights were taxed or specially assessed in the name of Tommy G. and Donna J. Lee for said year 2018.
That said Purchasers on the 23rd day of August, 2022, the present holder of said certificate, (who) has made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said mineral rights;
That a Treasurer’s Deed will be issued for said mineral rights to the said Bill Trosper or Linda Trosper, 14219 CR 34, Eads, CO 81036 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 8th day of February, A.D. 2023, unless the same has been redeemed.
Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer’s Deed.
