NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE AT TAX LIEN SALE AND OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED

To Every Person in Actual Possession or Occupancy of the hereinafter Described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons have an Interest or Title or Record in or to the said Premises and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to

You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 16th day of November, A.D. 2011, the then County Treasurer of the County of Kiowa, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to Kiowa County, Colo. the following described property situate in the County of Kiowa, State of Colorado, to-wit:

 

Lots Thirty-two (32), Thirty-three (33), Thirty-four (34) and Thirty-five (35),

Lying South of State Highway #96

Block Nine (9)

Jackson's Subdivision

Town of Eads

 

And said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefor to Kiowa County Colo.

That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said real estate for the year 2010;

That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the names of Robin W. Morlan & Lori S. Morlan for said year 2010.

That on the 29th day of February, 2016 said Kiowa County, Colo. assigned said certificate of purchase to Jesse Deines.

That said Jess Deines on the 1st day of March, 2016, the present holder of said certificate, (who) has made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said real estate.

That a Treasurer's Deed will be issued for said real estate for the said Jesse Deines, 1000 Main Street, Eads, Colorado 81036 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 6th day of July, A.D. 2016, unless the same has been redeemed.

Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer's Deed.
