Marlin W. Eder

Marlin W. Eder passed away October 27, 2023 at Colorado Springs Memorial Center.

He was born March 27, 1940, to Raymond and Hannah Eder.

Marlin loved horses, and spent his career as a team roper. He won many titles, including the Greeley Stampede Team Roper Competition.

Marlin is survived by his significant other, Pat Roper; children, Lonnie and Deb Eder, and Marlynn and Delton Eikenberg; grandchildren, Trey, Shanelll, Casey, Dusty and Haley; and his beloved horse, Joe.

Marlin, known to be a very private man, wished for only a small graveside service with his family present to memorialize his passing.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Eads Senior Citizen Center where his mother, Hannah, spent much of her time and talent helping seniors in the Eads community.
